Usage is what you do in the CRM, and what the CRM does on your behalf, like sending your weekly emails and verifying new leads. It's not a monthly fee. Think of it like a gas tank: you load $10, each action uses a fraction of a penny, and when it runs low it reloads $10. Every charge is itemized in your billing tab, so there are no surprises.
