Who's covered?
One-time orders at retail price. The guarantee does not apply to leads bought at a promotional or discounted price, or to subscription-discounted leads, including the $100 for 200 IUL leads trial and any discounted or introductory upgrade. If you placed a one-time order at retail price, you are covered. Promotional and subscription-discounted leads are not, and do not stack with the guarantee.
What if a lead matches more than one scenario?
It still counts as one bad lead and gets one replacement. Replacement is one-for-one regardless of how many scenarios apply.
Are replacement leads also exclusive?
Yes. Every lead and every replacement is exclusive to you, with TrustedForm consent.
Can a replacement itself be replaced?
No. One replacement per original lead. If a replacement hits one of the nine scenarios, it counts as the final resolution of that original.
What isn't covered?
Promotional, discounted, and subscription-discounted leads, including the $100 trial and any discounted upgrade, are not covered and do not stack with the guarantee. Only one-time orders at retail price qualify. Leads who buy a real policy ($300+ per month) are sold and not replaced. Outcomes outside the nine scenarios such as close rates, market conditions, and agent performance are not part of the guarantee.
