IUL.org CRM Set Up List

Step 1. Log in at app.iul.org It may take up to 12 hours for you to be able to log in.

Step 2. Click on this blue robot icon on the bottom right of the CRM, select the message icon at the botton and type in “live person” (may take a little to show up, if it doesn’t load in ~24 hours, reach out to support@iul.org)

If you’ve ever had another GHL anywhere else, the first time you use the chat it will say you do not have access to talk with an agent.
Just log out, clear your cache and log back in and it will work.

Step 3. Just go line by line with the support agent. Should be ~10-15 mins of mostly copy and paste.

The Checklist:

1.     Create Calendar & Set Calendar Reminders

2.     Buy Phone Number & A2P Register Phone Number. Once you fill out the Business profile section with live support, make sure you request an A2P Specialist and they’ll complete your A2P registration for you.

(Items #3 through #8 are basically swapping out where it says “PLACEHOLDER” for your offer and “CALENDAR” with your calendar link from item #1.

3.     Add Trigger to Automation: 1. New Lead Text to Schedule (AI)Update each part of SMS & Email & Conversation AI everywhere it says “PLACEHOLDER” to whatever you’re promoting ie. “Retirement Help” or “Income Opportunity.” Update Conversation AI & SMS & Email everywhere it says “CALENDAR” with the calendar link you made.

4.     Add Calendar trigger to Automation: 2. Scheduled Appt. Update Conversation AI to be turned off when booked.

5.     Learn how to add a contact tag to update automation “3. Showed Up To Appointment”

6.     Add Trigger to Automation: 4. Did NOT Show To Appointment (AI Reschedule.) Update each part of SMS & Email & Conversation AI everywhere it says “PLACEHOLDER” to whatever you’re promoting ie. “Retirement Help” or “Income Opportunity.” Update Conversation AI & SMS & Email everywhere it says “CALENDAR” with the calendar link you made.

7.     Add Trigger to Automation: 5. Presented to but NO Sale (AI Follow Up.) Update each part of SMS & Email & Conversation AI everywhere it says “PLACEHOLDER” to whatever you’re promoting ie. “Retirement Help” or “Income Opportunity.” Update Conversation AI & SMS & Email everywhere it says “CALENDAR” with the calendar link you made.

8.     Add Trigger to Automation: 6. Sale Made. If needed use a webhook to your cart to automatically trigger this.

9.     Make all Automations ‘Published’

9a. If you want DAILY emails sent to your leads, turn on Fortune Cooking and HOT Lead Alert. This is optional.

10.     Set Up Missed-Call Text-Back

11.     (Optional) Set Up Your Website. Check the Pages you want & Connect your domain (you can get one through the CRM)

12.     If there’s anything you wish was on the list to do that we didn’t list, please, please let us know!

13.     Please tell other agents, uplines, downlines etc. Even unrelated businesses, about the CRM opportunity you wisely took advantage of. This is optional.

14.     Lead Testers: Fill out the form at
IUL.org/ProSetUp and your 200 Pro+ leads will begin the next business day, please ensure all other items are completed. Leads will not start until you have set up your CRM. You will receive all 200 leads the 1st day. We have the volume.
